The One Thing You Can’t Do For a Better Body
I’ve tried it.
I remember being in HIGH SCHOOL, being 15 years old and hating my body.
I remember restricting during the week and binging on the weekends.
I remember buying meal plans, skipping meals, and following weight loss workout templates.
I remember just wishing every day that I looked different.
I remember all those things. But I also remember not truly making a change or putting in the work. Instead I just yo-yo dieted and followed the latest weight loss trend.
So let me tell you, you can’t hate your way to a better body. You have to put in the work, make a change, do something different, and LOVE yourself every step of the way.
Just keep showing up for you babe! Hard work pays off. Take it one day at a time. Those good things you want can happen for you. You just have to start.
