3 Signs You Need to Heal Your Metabolism

Do you feel like you can’t even look at carbs without gaining weight?

Have you tried to…

  • cut out carbs

  • say no to sweets

  • eat less than 1,200 calories

  • hit two workouts a day

But nothing has worked?

Then, it is time to look into healing your metabolism.

1. If you have said yes to one or more of those diet methods above, then the time to start healing is right now. Your metabolism needs to heal and prime before you break through that plateau.  

2. If you feel like shit, have low energy, a poor appetite, can’t sleep, feel bloated all the time, or get super sore from your workouts, your body is screaming for some help. You must heal from the inside out before seeing physical changes.

3. If you “reset” each week and start your diet over and over again, your relationship with food needs help, and your metabolism does, too. STOP CUTTING CALORIES; it’s not the answer if you haven’t taken the time to heal and prime your metabolism! 

We want to focus on this instead:

  • building balanced meals

  • eating to nourish and fuel your body

  • prioritizing some good ole R&R

  • incorporating movement that feels good for you

Your metabolism isn’t broken. It just needs some TLC.
