Protein/Veggies with each meal ⁣

No alcohol ⁣

Approved foods list ⁣

Water intake goal ⁣

Movement- ⁣

30-minute walk ⁣

30 minutes of exercise ⁣

Amplified You-

20 minutes of reading ⁣

10 minutes stillness/meditation/self-care ⁣⁣

Accountability- ⁣

3 group zoom calls ⁣

Weekly check-ins/accountability
