Try This Beach Workout If You’re on Vacay

Summer is officially here! That means time with family and friends, sunshine and beach vacations. While the summer is a time for fun, it doesn’t mean your fitness has to fall to the wayside. 
If you find yourself at the beach house with friends and family and want to still get a workout in, but don’t have any equipment- use this bodyweight, equipment free beach workout! 

“Beach Please” 

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of: 

  • 20 Squats 

  • 20 Lunges (alt. legs) 

  • 10 Burpee Broad Jumps

  • 20 Sumo Squats

  • 20 Side Lunges (alt. legs) 

Recruit your friends and family to workout with you! Workouts are better with friends.
